A Bit About The Chef:

As a true “Savoristas” or Latin Foodie, Chef Lydia is passionate about exploring the native ingredients of Latin American and discovering the secrets to creating delicious food.  Now she is sharing her tasty recipes with the public through on-site cooking demonstrations for corporations.

 

For several years Chef Lydia has been hosting cooking demonstrations at the State Fair of Texas and has worked with Celebrity Chefs Guy Fieri and Aaron Sanchez at events such as the 2011 Superbowl live cooking segments and large events at The American Airlines Center. She can be seen at special events, festivals, and on television cooking segments in several markets. 

 

Chef Lydia regularly appears on “Vive la Mañana” on Unimas 49 with live TV cooking segments and is a regular cooking and wellness educator with the American Heart Association.
